Contacting us or using the assistant does not place an order. The scope, price, timing and terms of any work must be agreed before the service begins. The assistant provides automated guidance that may be inaccurate; verify advice before changing your network. Do not submit passwords or access keys. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
